Sending e-mail using the company's own e-mail address (user@societe.ch) and not that of the GIT/SaaS/ConnectMe cloud (userX@asp4experts.ch):
1. you need to configure your DNS server, on your local servers, so that e-mail relay can take place between the GIT cloud mail server and that of your mail server.
To do this, you need to add this type of record (SPF) to the list of records on your DNS server:
v=spf1 mx a:mail.asp4experts.ch a:mail.git-cloud.ch ip4:164.128.163.167 ip4:164.128.163.171 ip4:164.128.163.164 -all
Please contact your IT department to perform this configuration.
2.contact GIT support so that our IT department can configure the sender address to the desired one (user@societe.ch):
- Activate special registry option
- Configure default sender address
