First select the Dashboard menu corresponding to a fiscal year of a company.
The Dashboard is only available when you have selected a fiscal year of a company (Companies, double-click on a fiscal year).
Then click on the right button "Diagnostics"
And finally, press the "Process" button
The diagnostics is going to look for errors and correct them if possible.
