If you are having trouble with the Expense Notes mobile app, or if a GIT technician asks you to enable debugging information, simply follow these steps:
- Open the WinEUR Expenses mobile application
- Go to the menu on the left, by clicking on the following button: :
- Select Help & Comments...
- Enable the Save debugging information option
Once the option is activated, wait about 5 minutes (for information gathering), update your Expense Report list or try to reproduce your problem.
