Accounting module
Account length: between 3 and 15 characters (15 = maximum length of the account number).
Maximum length of a journal code: between 3 and 15 characters.
Maximum length of a currency code: 3 (it is recommended to use ISO currency codes: CHF, GBP, USD, EUR, etc.).
Maximum length of a third-party code: 15 alphanumeric characters.
Maximum length of a third-party name: 35 characters (second search key for a third party).
Maximum length of a tax number (VAT – NIF code): 15 characters.
Maximum length of a cost account: 27 characters.
Maximum length of an analytical account description: 30 characters.
Securities module
Maximum length of a security code: 15 alphanumeric characters.
Fixed assets module
Maximum length of a fixed asset code: 15 alphanumeric characters.
Maximum length of a fixed asset description: 35 characters.
Invoicing module
Maximum length of an item code: 15 alphanumeric characters.
Maximum length of an item description: 30 characters (second search key for an item).
Maximum length of the additional note: 40 characters (third search key for an item).
Timesheet Module
Maximum length of a service code: 15 alphanumeric characters.
