When you create a new company, you have to choose a code to assign to it.
If the program is the SME version (single company) there is no possibility to choose since the code will necessarily be your customer number with us.
If the program is the multi-company version, the following window will open during the creation :
The code contains a maximum of 6 characters (+ the two of the year).
Preferably numbers and letters. The signs "-" and "_" are allowed. This allows, if the same company is used in accounting, to differentiate them.
E.g.: accounting SOC21 and salaries S-SOC21
It is preferable to have separate codes for accounting and payroll so as not to overwrite one backup with another since the programs name them according to their code.
