Case 1: Holidays calculated in days or hours in the traditional way
The number of days (hours) of vacation entitlement per month proposed is the one defined in the company's settings. If the number of days (hours) for the employee concerned is different, simply correct this figure.
The default initial balance is zero and can be changed.
Each month the program will increment the employee's vacation entitlement.
As it does so, the program will calculate the employee's accruals and vacation balance. Each year, the final balance will become the initial balance for the following year.
Case n°2. Vacation calculated as a percentage of salary.
