Go to Diagnostics, Tools, Employees tools, Update permanent items :



Start by selecting the item to be processed:



Case 1 - If you want to activate the field for several or all employees or profiles:

Check Add to employees (or add to all profiles) and click on Execute.

If the field has a fixed rate in its definition, check Update employees (or profiles) and click on Execute.


Case 2 - If you want to deactivate the field for several or all employees or profiles:

Check Delete from employees (or delete from all profiles) and click on Execute.


Case 3 - If an item qualified as "Generic" in its definition changes its rate, changing it in the parameters will not be reflected in the employees. You will have to use this utility to update the rates in all the employee records or profiles.



In all cases, employees can be selected from a list in an Excel file. (see "Employees selection with an excel file"
