Example : the special hours item is set to 100% of the salary in the employee management but this month we want to pay them at Fr. 40.-- :
Enter the number of hours to be paid. Calculate. Right click on the line of the 2010 item and choose Modify the item's rate.
Type 40 in the unit amount (you can also put a percentage if you are calculating in relation to the hourly wage). Click on OK and then on the compute button.
The line is displayed in green.
If you want to go back, right click on the mouse, choose Reset modified rate. Resume permanent.
