If you want to split the employees in the analytical accounts in the same way as they are in the employee management today on a previous month, go to Data diagnosis - Tools - Utilities on periods and and degrees of occupation - Update occupation rate - Analytical for a period :

This utility can be used if, for example, the structure of the analytical accounts has been modified during the year or if you decide to use the notion of analytical accounts when the year is already in progress.
The program stores the codes for each person every month, so putting information in the employee management today does not automatically affect the months that have already been closed.
If nothing has been done so far, the easiest way is to assign the current analytical accounts to the periods that have already elapsed and to modify them if necessary with the Occupancy Rate by Analytical Account utility.
