This type of item allows you to assign values according to the age of the person or according to his seniority in the company.
The item must be typed "Item linked to a period":
The values are defined in the computation elements tab of the item :
The duration of the periods can be chosen either in months or in years.
The element can be an amount or a rate.
The starting date can be the date of birth or the date of entry.
The example above shows a monthly bonus based on seniority.
