If you are paying salaries that are subject to insurance limits, you must specify the currency of the limit in the item settings. (Also choose the type of exchange rate to be used).
Example: Swiss salaries paid in foreign currencies. In the unemployment field, we leave the 12,350 corresponding to the 148,200--/12 but we stipulate that the currency of the ceiling is the CHF. This is also valid for the floors and the OASI deductible.
