When installing or updating WinEUR Payroll, your system may display the following error message:

This message comes from an InstallShield process that is already running on your computer. To solve the problem, simply terminate all InstallShield processes running on your computer:

- Open the Task Manager

- Right click on the following process: 

- Select End Process

- Restart the installation of WinEUR Salaries
