If you wish to benefit from this security, you must :
1. Sign a contract with the Swiss Post ( IncaMail – Envoi d’informations sensibles | La Poste )
2. Ask our technical service for a new serial number / key for the program
3. Set up the program according to the information given by the Post after signing the contract.
Once these settings are made, send the documents as usual.
At the employee's level, however, he will receive an e-mail:
He will have the option to ask the Post for a unique link or to register.
He will then receive the final email and will open the document by clicking on "Read the message now".
