At the end of the download, if your installation is on a disk other than C:\, you must answer “No” to the question “Start the installer?
... And launch the installer with GITSetupLauncher.exe
- Check the version to be installed and select “install on a shared location”.
- Check “Run elevated” to increase rights to administrator level
Choose one of these two installation options
- Enter path in UNC format | - Enter the path to the network drive - If “Run elevated” is checked, you must also check “Advanced option” and “Propagate drive mapping to elevated installer”. |

Then click on the “Start installer” button.
Click on next
The installer asks for confirmation of the directory previously indicated. Click on “Next”.
