The dictionary is used to translate certain documents such as the payslip and similar formats.
To access it, the option Multilingual payslip must be checked in the company settings:

The standard salary items of the program are offered in these 4 languages. It is possible to add new ones, so you will have to enter the translations.

It is presented as follows:
Native text = text to translate. Language code = destination language. Translated test = what we will get including the case.
To add a translation, click on Insert.
Enter the native text in CAPITALS but accented characters in lower case.
Enter the destination language code.
Enter the translation as it will be printed.
When all three pieces of information are filled in, move to another line so that the program saves the line.
