First of all, only the ADMIN user has the right to delete companies.
Scenario 1 - Delete one company
From the main screen, right click on the company:
and click on Delete a company.
Click on Yes :
Note that at this stage, we simply remove the company from the list but we do not physically delete it.
To delete it physically, click on Yes to the following question:
So if you just want to remove an old company from the list but keep it anyway, you should only answer Yes to the first question.
Scenario 2 - Delete several companies
Click on Tools - Delete Companies :
Check the companies to be deleted:
If you want to keep them but just remove them from the list DO NOT CHECK Physical deletion of selected companies.
However, if you really want to remove them, check the appropriate box.
Click on the delete button.
