The program stores the occupancy rates for each person each month. If you have made a mistake and want to make corrections, go to Data diagnosis - Tools - Periods and degrees of occupation - Update occupation rate - Occupation rate by analytical account:
The table containing the employee's code, the analytical account code, the month and the occupation rate is displayed :
It is possible to modify the information in the table directly.
If you need to add lines, use the Insert key on the keyboard and fill in all the fields.
