It is possible to create items containing variables that must be triggered at specific periods and not every month.
The type of item to choose is "Non-monthly item":
Typical example: the annual deduction for the CCNT of CHF 89.-- for each employee, usually in November .
At the employee level, in tab 5, salary data, other items, just check the month in which it must be activated:
