Once you have created your budget items as well as the allocation of items to employees, you need to start the calculation phase.
Define the budget calculation period and the items budget to be calculated.
Modifying monthly budgets
Once the budget items have been calculated, modify the amounts by selecting the item and the month concerned.
Modify the amounts, or adopt the permanent ones, if there has been a change in the item.
The procedure is identical to that for calculating payroll.
