To import vacation days taken during one or more periods, you can generate a text file.
The file must contain the following information, separated by a "TAB" character :
Employee code
Period (from 1 to 12)
Number of days
Memo (since WinEurSalaires V.5.13.32.0)
To import the data, go to "Vacation management", "Utilities" and "Import vacation taken".
The "9" separator character corresponds to the "TAB" (tabulator) character, but others can be defined (e.g. ";") when importing the file.
