The FSO asks certain selected companies to kindly provide various statistics relating to salary data : 


·      Swiss Salary Structure Survey (ESS)

·      Swiss Salary Index (ISS)

·      Employment Statistics (STATEM)

·      Profiling

·      Survey to Update the Business and Establishment Registry - Profiling Light.


Companies that have received this request from the FSO can submit the questionnaires by exporting the data in accordance with the Swissdec 5.0 standard (ELM5 or PUCS).

Some of these statistics are monthly, quarterly or annual. It is therefore necessary to define the set of data to be transferred each month.

This mainly concerns the company’s basic settings, data in employee management, and payroll data to be reported in accordance with the Swissdec standard.
